This figurative sculpture represents the balance between the freedom of expression and the suppression of it. It has a monolithic structure for it’s head, which is poised above a frail, brittle body. It’s legs are bound by gold. Silence marks a distinct moment in my art career where I discovered clarity in my artistic voice.
