Prophet
Last design of the series inspired by the space opera genre. I wanted to portray a wise and stoic character. A teacher of sorts… or perhaps a sage herding livestock out in the desert plains.

Heart of the Swarm IGC Lighting
(SPOILERS ALERT) Here is a selection of shots I lit for Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm. I served as Lighting Lead for the In-Game Cinematics. All this would not be possible without the passionate people at Blizzard and every team played a huge role in it. All work copyrighted to Blizzard Entertainment.
Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft
I got the opportunity to work on the cinematic for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. This was a very interesting project for me and it was truly a team effort. For this cinematic, I served as lead modeler on the last shot and was also responsible for modeling and sculpting the Hearthstone Box asset in that shot. I also helped out with texturing it.
Kerrigan Dezerged
Being a huge fan of Starcraft, I got really excited when I found out I was going to work on Kerrigan Dezerged. Since she was the main character for Heart of the Swarm, extra effort was put into modeling and texturing her. I also set up her shaders and animated the pulsing light effect on her suit.
Domorian Warrior
Profile shot of a Domorian Warrior. These are fierce, tribal creatures, born into a warrior caste. Some veer far from their tribe, with a thirst for adventure and an eye on the bounty. Domorian warriors are known to have a nasty temperament and are often the first to start a fight.
The Enri
The Enri. A telepathic and highly advanced alien race. They excel in areas of biomedical science and aerospace engineering. Enrovian space vessels are one of the most highly prized vessels in the galaxy. An Enro is a good friend to have in times of hardship as they are proven to be loyal and extremely intelligent. They are found scattered across the galaxy in small numbers. The majority of them can be found on their home planet, Enrovia.
Hermits
These lonely giants traverse the ocean with their long spindly legs. On shallower waters, the sight of a Hermit can be something to behold. Despite their appearance, Hermits are “gentle giants” of the sea and feed solely on plankton.
Jawesome
Jawesome from Last Man Standing. Eli Hunt’s mutation gave him a thick layer of shark skin that is reactive and hardens on impact, making him impervious to bullets and other forms of projectile attacks. Sculpted in Zbrush and rendered in Keyshot.
The Orc
Azog’s performance truly captivated me and I was inspired to design an orc concept. Intelligent, conniving and arrogant. I incorporated the grin into his design.. it’d be interesting to see how this character emote.
Omni Queen
Symmetry was the inspiration for this design. An alien queen from a distant world perhaps. The 3 bulbous telekinetic extensions on her head symbolize a crown, yet the metallic elements add a feeling of captivity or slavery as if this queen was somehow taken against her will? This was a quick experiment to explore different styles and I definitely hope to do more of these in the future.
Pygmy Bug Hunter
The idea started from a doodle. I had to quickly execute the sculpt to capture that image in my mind’s eye. Amphibious, subterranean, bug-eating pygmy creature. Tribal… I think. Ingestion happens in that orifice on his belly where insects are slowly dissolved by stomach acid. The spindly hook claw is for digging out insects in those hard to reach areas.
